Branded wine glasses will be available for purchase on the day. This is a licensed event, branded glass is required for tastings and/or purchase of a glass/es of wine.

Smoking is not permitted within the Festival space.

There are several drinking taps around the Festival space. Bottled water will also be available to purchase.

We love your fur-kids, just make sure they’re on a leash!

Gates will open at 10:00am and service will conclude at 5:00pm.

There will be additional toilets on site.

There is one ATM located on the corner of Raglan St & The Esplanade. This is to the south of the event space.

Medifast will be on site to provide assistance throughout the day should you need.

There is limited street parking so we encourage you to use our FREE shuttle bus which will run all day. A map will be provided closer to the event date.

Unfortunately we cannot control mother nature - the event will go on rain or shine. In the case of severe or unsafe weather, we will have to cancel the event. Please see Terms and Conditions page for all cancellation information.
